[Bf-committers] [patch] To correct the current problems with Window 98

The MSVC compiler used requires dlls that are incompatible with
Windows 98, if someone does a build with cygwin or mingw on windows
enabling an older python version (I think the 2.5 python version
requires an incompatible dll which i think, but am not sure is the
main issue)), then I think it would work.
