[Bf-committers] Cyrillic letters in Blender

May be the question a little odd. But was not able to find any
explanation in google.

There is a problem with cyrilic letters in blender file browser and
blender script editor. The only way to add russian text to scene -
load pretyped text from external utf-8 file.

Could someone explane what is the problem related with?
Is it a way to fix it?
May i help anyway?
