[Bf-committers] render size patch

Hi,

I've committed a patch 
(https://projects.blender.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=10706&group_id=9&atid=127) 
which replaces the render size buttons. Apart from having a bit more 
control over the render size which can be handy when doing render tests 
and having to trade off detail vs render time it also cleans up the UI imho.
