"I swear it was an accident!". Anyway, since there was a bug fixed for
win32 64bit file loading we decided to do new RC for windows, so I've
uploaded RC4 to http://download.blender.org/release/Blender2.46rc/ ,
this time without the slip-of-the-finger.
