My proposal can be found in "Blenders icons redesign" sticky thread at 
blenderartists.org forum (post #326). I really wonder if I should attach 
*.png files mailing list correspondence?

I'd like to get more info on moved Sticky Selection icons - which icon was 
moved where?
Let's mark the sheet's columns with numbers and lines with letters so that 
it will be easier to communicate.
