Agreed. And this stuff needs a menu item, as well as the other recent
addition to connect a viewer up. That would be much better on a hotkey
like 'V' rather than Ctrl click, since then it can appear in a menu
and people will actually know the feature exists, as opposed to being
very hidden as it is now.
