Thanks for promptly applying the patch.  I have just built and repackaged
the plugins (source and binaries) for the Mac OS X, Linux 32 bit (i386) and
Windows:

The plugins are more or less unchanged except a couple adjustments for
scaling and reversed axes.  They are supposed to work with rev15225 of
trunk.

The zips include build scripts, VS 7 and 8 projects and a readme file for
users.
