Hi Iguillaume,

Thanks for the link.  I'm using MSVC.net 7.1.3088, but with your tip will
likely switch to MSVC Express.

It still would be nice if the project files worked inside MSVC Express
"out-of-the-box" rather than relying on a separate make utility.
