It is not so hard to see. ;] The WMs are the like glasses, they change
the view, instead look at the lower levels directly with tools that
report the raw data. That is what you can control, figuring what are
the WM policies is a recipe for headaches. Remember, there are many
WMs, some WMs are so dumb or stuck up that they look like doing always
the same, others so flexible that allow anything you can imagine.
