hi,

Sun sky and atmosphere patch was completed, so i need a devman to review it
again and if it needs no changes, and of course is useful, commit it.
I changed its gui according to epat suggestions and it looks better, and you
can find the patch on http://en.blender.ir, (i can't upload patch into patch
tracker)
