[Bf-committers] FSA suggestion

Hi,

The temp file names are derived from filename + scene name. The files
are not deleted. That ensures:

- when you load a .blend, you can always quickly start compositing
again (Rkey)
- when you have two or three blender projects open, the temp files
won't conflict
- when more people use your computer, they won't delete your temp files.

Disadvantage: you have to clear the tmp yourself... one day we can make
a 'clear blender temps' button though, to delete all caches, temp
files, and so on.
