I've built another chroot based on the older (2.3.6) glibc, and built 
and installed gcc-4.2 in it.  With a little hackery (one OpenAL include 
file) I was able to build an OpenMP binary.  I'll build all four files 
and upload tomorrow (32-bit and 64-bit).
