Hi,

Windows release done! :)

installer:

zip distro:

I've added a dll check to the installer which will alert the user if 
msvcr71.dll is not found - it'll advise to download python 2.5 from 
python.org.

We should still add a note on the release page for the users of the zip 
release :)
