[Bf-committers] MSVC compilation : two problems with the last sequence.c modifs

Hi,

pthread.h is not found by the compiler. Its address in the lib\windows 
directories should be declared  somewhere.

Compiling ==> 'sequence.c'  sequence.c 
source\blender\src\sequence.c(1405) : error C2275: 'PrefetchThread'

'tslot' should be declared at the beginning of the bloc.
