[Bf-committers] Outliner Question

Well, I'm not a coder so I wouldn't know anything about committing things to
the code base.  That said, it sounds like Johnny might be interested in
doing the hard work of folding in layer support in to the outliner for the
rest of us so more power to him.  If he wants to hold up the committers
that's his prerogative. :D
