[Bf-committers] Cmake patch for bmesh branch

Hello, I use visual C++ express 2005 with Cmake to make the project file.
Bmesh branch has not the cmake file, I create one and make a patch.

On msvc I have some errors in editbmesh_interface.c line 39 42 45 48 51 :
msvc seems to dislike empty typedef struct. I just add a variable to make
the compilation.
