Partial implementation of parent-to-bone in game engine in an effort to
restore low-poly collision shells; translate and rotate work, but I
couldn't get scaling to work right.

Less than optimal implementation -- CPU-expensive on long armature
chains (per-bone recursion level proportional to path to root bone).

Uploaded .diff and testing .blend.
