This relation is not stated anywhere near the download links, not even in
the "System requirements" section (which is hard enough to find).
If basic functionality requires a certain Python version installed on the
system, that should be made clearer.
The OSX section clearly states "requires Python 2.3". Why does the Linux
section not state "requires Python 2.4"? The sole mention of "Python 2.4" in
the archive name does not necessarily indicate that it is a *requirement*.
Most people will probably read it as "Python 2.4 included".
