[Bf-committers] is default python now 2.5?

Was it agreed to make 2.5 default now - I don't recall seeing a
decision to that effect but I might have overlooked it?  If not then
the Windows test build should likely be rebuilt with 2.4.  If so then
it should be mentioned in the release notes.
