Heya All,

Ton asked me to review all the comments and on the list and write a little reply.

As for the remarks:

 - Chris his question (password retype) was anwsered, dunno if my email came through but the rest pointed out this is not going to be a problem.

 - The current situation forces you to upload yur ssh key before you can commit any changes. Ssh keys will be dropped, instead you will use the same username and password that you use to logon to GForge to commit changes.

 - Projects that currently allow anonymous access (for checkouts) will keep that.

 - Carsten his question has also been anwsered; anyhoo there will be a slight interruption cause the repositories have to be migrated. However this should not influence your work, be sure to commit before we do the transition. After the migration is done you can checkout the new tree and be on your way.

Little Heads-up:

Jonathan (jdpf) came up with a interesting email including some good points. Sofar I am still testing stuff and Jonathan's points, any recommendations are still welcome. As soon as we are ready to go, we will have a final round of commits. After that the repositories will be locked and moved. We will test again and if that's fine we can start checking out and go on.

Regards,

 M.
