[Bf-committers] Deep Shadow Maps SoC Proposal

Hi.  I've written a proposal for implementing Deep Shadow Maps for
SoC.  You can see it at:

It'd be nice if I can get some feedback; also I'm writing a proposal
for upgrading blender's audio system, which I'll post for review later
on.  Then maybe on the 22 or 23 I'll decide which proposal to go with,
and submit it to google.
