[Bf-committers] no HTML formatted mails please

Hi,

To Shaul, Bobby, Dietrich, Eugene, ...

Threads become very hard to read if we mix formats.
Further it is generally considered impolite to reply to ascii mails  
with html formatted mails.

Let's stick to regular ascii here.
