[Bf-committers] 2.43 release AHOY!

Hi team,

After a very long bcon4 freeze, and 7 months pregnancy: the birth of  
2.43!

- CVS is entirely frozen now!

- Releases can be built, and sent to me or Kent as usual

- Don't forget to run the regression files;
   http://download.blender.org/demo/test/test243.zip

- Website migration is going according to schedule, not ready within 24  
hours though.

- So release will be saturday euro daytime most likely.

- CVS is tagged now.
