[Bf-committers] ctrl-xkey eliminate it as a shortcut for new file.

Hi,

I prefer to not change any key combo anymore, especially not now, but  
also not incidental when someone just mentions it. Let's work on not  
only a flexible/customatizable keymap but also a good standard we can  
default work with.
