[Bf-committers] EU funding and consortiums

Hi Tom,

Let's not make things too complex. Organizing a single constortium +  
doing the subsidy proposal is already a giant task, something I don't  
even know yet if I want to do it.

Let's first check if we can find people in our user/develop community  
who are interested to contribute to organizing a EU consortium. And;  
define what the main topic for the project is.

It's well possible to find a main topic and target(s) that will fit for  
architects, game creators, 3D animators and movie sfx creators alike.
