[Bf-committers] Google Summer of Code projects announced!

Hi,

Just a quick note to congratulate the five students
who will be working with us during the 2007 Google
Summer of Code. You can read about this year's

I would like to thank all the students who applied
this year -- the quality of proposals was very high
this year which made choosing the projects very
difficult.

Thanks also to Martin, Ton, Bob, Brecht and Geoff
for agreeing to mentor the projects, and thanks to
Campbell, Kent, Ken, Matt and Jean-Luc for helping
with the evaluation process. And of course, a big
thanks to Google!

So, congratulations to Joe, Aaron, Csaba, Miguel,
and Levi -- this is going to be a fun and productive
summer!
