[Bf-committers] Ripping Tool

Well I just made a little (local) change to the ripping tool to
disable prop mode during use. Ripping while in prop mode seems to be a
little useless since the old and new verts are on top of each other.
So I save the mode and value and restore after use. What are your
thoughts on this?
