Well, the most prominent example of clear use of British English (which is
why I instantly said "Blender uses British English") is the Editbuttons,
which say "Centre New", "Centre Cursor" etc...

But of course, it doesn't really matter as long as it's consistent. While
changing all this stuff to one or the other spelling, someone can also go
through all the tooltips and remove the idiotic "Click to change" :)
