[Bf-committers] menu short cut for adding NLA strips commented out?

Hi,

Hehe... this was luckily fixed ages ago!

The SHIFT+A in NLA editor adds action-strips to the active Object. The  
pulldown for it was never coded even, I'll commit that now.
