OH! I just got cvs to compile

The patch works!

Oh It's Like SWEET! SMOOTH HAppy gold ! Even in perspective view ! The
Only one complaint is that When I have Emulate 3 Button Mouse
Preference on and use ctrl+alt+ click+drag it does not work for that.
As I am on a labtop and it is a very smooth and clean zoom instead of
the jerky scroll wheel.

Otherwise! AWESOME! You dont know how long I have wanted this to
replace the 3d cursor postion trinket,,,
