[Bf-committers] Border zoom patch

Hi all,

At least two people at BConf requested a "Border zoom" feature, where you
could draw a box and the viewpoint would zoom in on that part of the 3D
window. I've written a patch here:

This is my first patch on the blender source, and it's the first real C I've
written, but it seems to work pretty well. The shortcut is shift+B (and it
is disabled in camera mode when shift+B is used to set the render border).
