[Bf-committers] Hello and My first Blender patch for Laptop Users View/Camera Selector PC

Hello,

I'm new to the list and  maybe I have chosen the wrong one so sorry if i 
am bothering any of you.

I am an amateur blender user on a laptop. A keypads absence is a real 
pain so i just dived into Blender's codebase and written an ugly 
View/Camera selector proof of concept.

Any comments/critics? I would like to create an usable laptop tool for 
view/camera selection.
