Subversion does version control on files and folder, including actions like
add and remove file and/or folder. Bullet 1.x is obsolete and its files have
been removed, but CVS doesn't allow removal of folders, Subversion does.

With Subversion, you can get the files and folder from any version/point in
time. Also, Subversion is just better in almost any perspective then CVS, it
uses much less bandwidth so its much better performing then CVS.

But the main issue with CVS that it doesn't do proper versioning of folders.
It just looks stupid to have an empty Bullet 1.x folder in extern/bullet.
All folders changed in Bullet 2.x, so no point in re-using Bullet 1.x for
that.

Hope this helps,
Erwin
