If you don't have "freetype/config/ftheader.h" on your system anywhere
then this looks like a distribution / module problem to me, not anything
that CMake can fix.  Someone please correct me if I'm wrong ;-) (maybe
CMake *can* check for this)

If it does exist somewhere on your system then CMake should (be told to)
include that path.

Glad to hear CMake works on you Windows box.
