[Bf-committers] Patch to have FFMpeg support for scons on windows

Hello, I make a patch to have scons support for FFMpeg, in the file
win32-vc-config.py FFMpeg is disabled by default.
The patch enabled all the needed dlls to be copied in the install/win32-vc
directory.
