[Bf-committers] Sequencer feature requests from Plumiferos

Anders: well I think I got it, the SHIFT + Wheel
feature works pretty well but in my case I can't
really use it, because all strips are snapped to the
furthest strip limit, so if there is any long strip
which I cannot delete, on top channels, all other
strips are first shifted to the end of this long strip
(see attached image).

So, changing the feature request I made, maybe
SHIFT+Wheel could optionally work on selected strips
only too ?. What do you people think ?
