[Bf-committers] Sequencer "Insert Between" problem (and question)

Hi,

the "Insert between" option for adding an effect strip is broken and somehow
escapes my understanding...

Imagine the typical situation: I want to have an image and add a
fadein/fadeout.
Steps to recreate:

1. Add Image, stretch out a bit
2. Add Color Generator at beginning of image
3. Add Gamma Cross from Generator to Image
4. SHIFT-D the Color Generator and move (on the same track) to the end
    of image
5. Add Gamma Cross From Image to right Generator

Now, I get a new dialog asking "Insert between / insert after". When I select
the default option (which I do unconsciously select anyway), I get a
'corrupted' gamma cross strip (try for yourself), which eventually crashes
blender and does some odd stuff to other strips in the setup.

Apart from this bug, could we make the old behaviour (which would be "Insert
after") the default choice in the menu?
