the last documentation was suitable dude :-)

sure not but every project has some special properties.

I've tried to translate some strings to Arabic language but the 
interface was wrong (see the 1.jpg and its correction plz).

Arabic language need Bidi mode (Right to left layout)

remark:
I'm using UTF-8 encoding
