[Bf-committers] "Animate all windows" userpref

Hi,

recently working with official Blender again -- and I think in 2006, ALT-A
should *really* animate *all* windows by default, and SHIFT-ALT-A only
animate the current window instead. At least, as a userpref ("Animate all
windows" -> Tooltip: "Animate all windows by default. SHIFT-ALT-A for single
window").
I find it terribly annoying always having to either use a monkey keypress or
having to point to a specific window with the mouse..

OK to commit this as a userpref?
