Hmm, I see the files are in CVS in lib\windows. For some reason my cvs
client won't get them for me (CVSNT), but that's the better way to do it..

With elubie's addition of tablet support to Blender on Windows, I was unable
to compile (using scons/vc8) until I went here:

http://www.wacomeng.com/devsupport/ibmpc/downloads.html

and downloaded 'wactab.zip' and put the files in lib\windows\wintab\include.

 

Hope that saves someone a few minutes of confusion. :-)
