[Bf-committers] Image Python Slot

There are currently ~4 python tools in the UV menu that should realy go 
in an "Image" menu.
Could I (or somebody else - Blendix) do this before the freeze?

My own UV Menu is about is ~90% tall as the screen which means I need to 
move the boarder so it fits.
