[Bf-committers] Proportional transformation radius

I added a patch to the
tracker:

description:
this patch allows to adjust the proportional radius (range of influence)
with vertical mouse movements.
in proportional edit mode, there are two possibilities:

1. transforming with no mouse key pressed: (e.g. GKEY transform)
ALT-RIGHTMOUSE+mousemove will adjust the range of influence
(on my gnome desktop ALT-RIGHTMOUSE is reserved. Have to use
ALT-SHIFT-RIGHTMOUSE instead..)
2. transforming with RIGHTMOUSE pressed:
pressing ALT+mousemove in addition to the already pressed RIGHTMOUSE will
adjust
the range of influence. This is especially interesting when compiled
with TWEAK_MODE: it allows for very fast adjustment of the prop.range
during transformation (without releasing the RIGHTMOUSE).

As the flag in TransInfo was full, I added a new one called flag2. I hope
this is okay (there seems to be only one instance of it anyway).
