[Bf-committers] Windows release building; backup needed

Hi,

With the amount of commits (fixes) of past weeks, I suggest we make an  
RC2 testing build this weekend. The go for the real relese a week later  
or so.

Simon can make a RC2, but leaves on holiday sunday... meaning we need a  
backup for building a Windows release (.zip and .exe installer). Simon  
uses scons + msvc 7

Anyone here feels like it?
