[Bf-committers] H264 - XVid support

Tested it and found no problems so far under linux.

Files in h264 and xvid, load fine in MPlayer and Xine under Linux.
Xvid loads well under Windows Media Player 10, while it fails to detect
proper codec for h264.
VLC loads both files properly in any OS.

My question now is, is it possible to save the file generated from H264
into an MP4 instead of AVI ?
This way it would be possible to load it in the Quicktime player as well.
