Regretfully the answer must currently be "not at the moment".
I am completing my MSc and also working full time, and I do not have
any free time to devote to Blender. I wish this wasn't the case, and
it is frustrating that the work that I have done is so near
completion.

If somebody wants to take this project up, please do. I certainly
won't be able to look at it by myself within the next five or six
months. I would be happy to assist someone in understanding the code
if necessary.

The code in soc-2005 branch, tag 'eman', should build and work,
although it is quite old at this stage. There are some bugs that need
to be hunted, but libNurbana works, and is comparable to current
Blender NURBS functionality. libNurbana has functionality beyond that
which Blender offers, but that has yet to be looked at in depth.

I really hope somebody has the time and interest to take this project
on, as I do not want to see it die. I will come back to it as soon as
I can, but the real world is being too demanding right now.
