[Bf-committers] RC build problem: no translation files

You know what's better than a checklist?  A script that ensures it's all
there for you!  Or at least that's what I thought... until I commented
out the lines that included the scripts.  Needless to say, I've
uncommented the appropriate lines and the tarballs should be created
appropriately now.  Problem shouldn't reoccur again.

-RC2b fixes this issue and adds FFMPEG support:

If a few folks on linux could verify FFMPEG working or not working for
them that'd be great.

(Also, it hasn't been run through regression testing quite yet, so there
may be a rebuild out if I find a build issue...)
