Hi, 

You are right, the naming is confusing. It is actually running at a fixed 
time step, 50hertz. So you have vsync turned off on your gfx card. 

Probably better to reverse the setting and call the toggle 'run realtime', 
versus 'run fixed timestep'. 

By the way, there is lots confusing (and legacy) terminology used. Fh, 
formfactor, rigidbody and others should get better name.
