The bugtracker is not on blender.org, neither on blender3d.org. It is on
projects.blender.org, an entirely different machine from b.o and b3d.o.

I must say that also I have normal speed when accessing the bug tracker,
or any tracker for that matter. I use both Konqueror and Firefox to do so.
I think Martin may have a point there.
