[Bf-committers] Blender 2.41 release request + GLSL splash screen

mmm, apparently blendo is not allowed in the splash.
So the word 'GLSL' and some small snippet from the new graphics features ( 
http://www.continuousphysics.com/ftp/pub/test/blender/features2.41.jpg ) 
inserted in the current splash would be nice.
