Worked out why python CleverNumbuts didnt display tooltips.

Tooltips cant display if any windows queue is not empty.
When python triggers clever numbuts from a menu the queue isnt empty, 
Alt+p from the script window works because it leaves the queue empty.

Flushing th queue in python or C works in the script window. but not 
from the UV menu..

Any suggestions?
